Cobra Tandem Customized for fishing

This Cobra Tandem Fishing package includes the large rectangle deck hatch, the 10" round storage hatch with removable bucket container and the forward 5" round hatch with storage bag insert. The seats are the deluxe high back, thermo molded foam soft cushion seats with detachable back pack and twin water bottle holders. Side grip rubber handles as well as the standard fore and aft carry handles are included. This kayak has dual adjustable rocket launcher rod holders behind the rear seat for trolling and another adjustable rocket launcher within easy reach of the front paddler. There are also 2 flush mount rod holders placed behind the front seat. A Humminbird Max 10 portable, electronic fish finder with internally mounted transducer is also included in this package. This popular fish finder/depth meter has a self contained battery pack, eliminating the need for a bulky 12v battery. Standard AA batteries are all you need. The Cobra Tandem has a huge capacity of 600 pounds so you can paddle comfortably with 2 large adults or you can solo paddle from the rear seat as shown here to the left. You can also place the seat in the middle position and paddle from the center of the cockpit. Paddlers who are much in excess of 200 lbs might prefer the center seat position to allow the hull to trim the best. If you're looking for a longer, faster Tandem kayak, check out the new Tandem XL. 24" longer than the popular Tandem and 24" shorter than the Triple, the new Tandem XL has more legroom and a very spacious center seating area to allow a child or small adult to easily paddle from the middle seat. This new model looks just like the Tandem only with a sleeker appearance and enough legroom for even the tallest paddlers. It also paddles great as a solo kayak from either the rear seat or the center seat. The extra 2 feet of waterline allows the XL to glide better than the Tandem and it weighs about 10-15 pounds less than the Triple. The Tandem XL can be paddled longer distances as a solo boat or with two paddlers. It has better cruising speed than the Tandem and it takes less effort to paddle for one person.
